After the device has been repaired, we will arrange delivery at your most convenient time

Pack your device securely, stick the prepaid label and send it to us from any post office near you. -

As soon as we receive the device, we will diagnose and repair the confirmed fault.

After the device has been repaired, we will send it back with tracked delivery (turnaround time is 3-5 days).
